How do I return an item?

All products offered by 4OurEars, Inc. are backed by our exclusive 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

4OurEars, Inc. is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell.

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item within 30 days.

*Restrictions, Limitations & Exclusions:

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
  • Any shipping cost 4OurEars, Inc. incurs will be deducted from refunds of returns and undeliverable or refused shipments.

Return Policy & Process

All returns require a copy of the receipt, instructions of whether you would like a return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Process to return a product(s):

  1. You may only return products that have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories and manuals. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. Incomplete or improperly packaged products may be subject to a restocking fee.
  3. You are responsible for shipping charges for return shipments.

  5. Include a brief note inside the box explaining why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.

  6. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as 4Ourears, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed, we will refuse it. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).
  7. 4OurEars, Inc. will process the return within 10 business days of receipt.
  8. Depending on the payment method, 4OurEars, Inc. will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.

Damaged & Defective Products

If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours at 718-556-6450.

We will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective or damaged. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt by 4OurEars, Inc. for processing.
