I got a pair of GS3000e since I wanted to push the limits far beyond the first experience with my GH2. I couldn’t make a better decision.

These headphones are magic. Immediately on my head  they delivered a superb sense of equilibrium.

The character of the GH2 was definitely there but the stage is larger, the mids and highs are velvety and never aggressive, even after hours of continuous listening. This is the major innovation as far as I am concerned.

And what about bass ?

These are neutral headphones, with very present bass. Round and defined bass sound as it comes out of a 16 or 24 bit track. No alteration,  just pure as some of us do like it.

After about 30 hours of active listening, I definitely recommend the GS3000e to jazz listeners ...and whoever wishes to dedicate time to critical listening, willing to understand what the artist wanted to express up or down to every imperceptible detail. A superb trip to high end musical pleasure.

Bravo Grado !
