5 of 5 GH3 perfection October 14, 2020
Reviewer: Michael Pait from Simpsonville, SC United States
The GH3s are wonderful. I have missed my Grados and fell in love w them all over again when these hit my ears. I lay in bed at night when it is quiet and calm. The volume is normally at 25 but not with these. The volume is at 15 and everything is clear, precise and, for lack of a better word, magical. The music comes at me from the left, pans to the right and then both speakers come in full and powerful. Basoons, picallos, electric guitar, trumpets and everything else are perfect. With normal headphones all of the instruments and voices drown out each other and compete for your attention. Grados, and these GH3s, do not. No, you can't borrow them. These are mine.

5 of 5 The only on-ear headphone I ever need April 6, 2020
Reviewer: Petar Grigorov from Lynchburg, VA United States
This Norwegian pine...... isn't it good? I think the wood used in this headphone is amazing. The bass digs deeper and is more full-bodied. The highs are sparkling clear, but not as fatiguing as the similarly-priced SR325e.. The choice of the more comfortable S-cushions is great, also enhancing its portability. These are my favorite headphones for my quite office.

5 of 5 Grado GH3 Heritage Edition Headphone July 9, 2019
Reviewer: Dale Thorn from Mount Pleasant, SC United States
The Grado GH3 earcups are quite small, which I expected for a Heritage edition that's half the cost of the older GH1 and GH2. The drivers are 44 mm, which I presume is the same with the other Heritage headphones. So the real questions for me were about the soundstage and the bass response. My listening says that the soundstage is slightly less than its larger cousins, and the bass is less strong. I've found that the quality of the GH3 is good enough that typical bass-boost settings compensate the sound nicely, while maintaining a clean tight bass. I haven't found the soundstage to suffer in any respect, but if the user demands the same absolute soundstage as the GH3's larger cousins, then they might be disappointed. Highly recommended for the value.
