Description Technical Specs

The new SR325e has an upgraded driver and cable design. The way the SR325e driver, cable and metal housing move air and react to sound vibrations are now less affected by transient distortions. With the new 8 conductor cable design you will notice improved control and stability of the upper and lower range of the frequency spectrum with both better supporting Grado's world renowned midrange. The SR325e will produce a sound that is pure Grado, warm harmonic color, rich full bodied vocals, excellent dynamics and an ultra smooth top end.

Great Purchase April 1, 2019
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Los Angeles, CA United States
I have only had these for a few days as of this writing.  I was just seeking an improvement over the built-in speakers in my iMac.  Bottom line is that there are times when I get so engrossed in the music that I forget I have these on!

Headphone design issue sr325e and sr225e January 26, 2019
Reviewer: Richard STEFFY from Reading, PA United States
the metal headphone band and the adjustment post which is connected to the earphone cuff is connected to a black plastic piece marked r and l and this seems to be the  main link between the metal headband and the adjustment post. I have found that this plastic piece  is prone to premature  wear and the plastic section can loosen to such a degree that some alternate means is required to secure the entire linkage.   Also I wish that once the user has found the desired head fit and ear cuff placement that could then be  locked into place thereby reducing  wear and loosening issues . I loved both phones but this  issue can diminish an otherwise excellent product and listening experience ! I It's not the sound that's the issue it's the framework link which is the weakness .

Grado SR325e cans November 25, 2018
Reviewer: Nigel Gunn from Xenia, OH United States
Best headphone I've ever owned. Bought to replace my old, but still perfectly good, Sennheiser HD-440 from the 1980s.
More bass, but not boomy and overdone as one often hears these days. Sharp sparkling top. A pleasure to listen to. Ear pads could be softer and better padded so might try the replacement pads from the more expensive 'phones if they fit.
Service from 4OurEars was excellent with delivery within 3 working days.

Thanks guys.

Finally! November 15, 2018
Reviewer: Jason Varner from Lacey, WA United States
Finally! Grado SR325e’s for me! I’ve been wanting these for years. I have owned the SR80e’s for years now and loved them. Great headphones for the money. I read a great consumer review and knew I had to have the SR325e’s. Years later I am finally able to splurge. They’re everything I expected and hoped for. Thanks Grado. Dig your products.

Sound too beautiful September 19, 2018
Reviewer: Luis Berrios from VIRGINIA BEACH, VA United States
The headphones sound too beautiful that I don’t think they are suitable for audio mastering. I used headphones for quality control and what I want is to be able to hear issues within the audio files. I know how my acoustically treated room sounds. I will probably use the headphones  to listen to my favorite music, but not for audio mastering QA.
